It is the most effective method if you communicate with students and their parents. It creates an open path of communication between students and parents, and recognize that a united front between both groups lowers the chance that children will get left behind.

Best teachers take the time to explore new tools and stay up-to-date advanced technology. They are always willing to learn and incorporate the new trends into their classroom. 
 
They always make learning fun

Great teachers try to make classroom fun and always make their subject easy. They mixup lesson plan with students’ interest. When a great teacher see the students in effort, they try to know them and mold their teachings around their lives.

Successful teachers can empathize with students

great teachers are always patient with students, and understand when they are under stress or have problems with course. They do whatever is necessary to get their students back on track, and are able to recognize their potential.
